The rooms were clean and comfortable with friendly staff to attend to your needs. the hotel location is convenient as it is situated in the city center, close to public transportation and shopping areas. the on, site restaurant and bar provide quality meals and drinks for a great price.
The building appears a little run, down and dated, but the interiors are well, maintained. the noise level from outside the hotel can be disruptive at times, but it's not unbearable.

Friendly Staff and Good Location
The staff were very kind and helpful during our stay and made us feel welcome. They assisted us with everything we needed and were always available with a smile. Plus, the hotel's location is fantastic, close to many local restaurants and easy to explore the surrounding area. Another advantage was the free Wi-Fi and excellent air conditioning, making our stay more comfortable.
The rooms were quite basic, lacking any outstanding features or character. The shower was fixed to the wall and had a curtain system which wasn't effective in keeping the bathroom dry.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, especially when we had to leave early for a day trip to Laos. When we returned late at night before our flight, they even allowed us to use the shower for free. The cleanliness of the room was also impressive, and the spaciousness of the room made it a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the airport, which made transportation to and from the hotel a breeze.

The hotel has a convenient location in relation to the bus terminal, airport, and city center, as mentioned in some reviews. the room was tidy and functional and some facilities like air conditioning and wireless internet were available. the friendly staff tried to be efficient, although, as pointed out in the reviews, they didn't always speak English very well. the hotel had a nice entrance lobby and the fruit drinks were particularly good according to some guests.
There were a few downsides to staying at this hotel such as dull or old-fashioned decor and maybe some worn down of some parts.
